1-4 p.m. Oct. 1, 2023. Irishtown Trolley Tour and Festival headquarters will be in Irishtown Plaza, the new park on Fairfield Avenue at Taylor Street. The trolley tours will leave from there, and the neighborhood walking tours of Williams-Woodland and Hoagland Masterson will be organized there. The themed refreshments and special tour souvenirs will be distributed there, too.
