Historic Wildwood Park neighborhood graces the hills north of Freeman Street, south of West Jefferson Boulevard and east of Ardmore Avenue. Its west boundary is Portage Avenue. Laid out by Wildwood Builders, who engaged noted landscape architect Arthur A. Shurcliff to create the neighborhood design, and completed over several decades beginning in the 1910s, the neighborhood features architect-designed and high-style homes in many styles and from different eras.
